About Thompson Developments
Thompson Developments is a small, family run business based in North Wales and build homes in the North West. The managing directors, Louise and Martin Thompson started their journey in the construction industry back in 2006. Martin had a background of owning an agricultural and pet supplies warehouse and Louise was an accountant. They decided to start their own business together and started their first site in Buckley, North Wales. Since then, they have built over 50 houses in North Wales with more houses coming soon over various upcoming projects.
We pride ourselves on high quality homes. Each house is personalised to your tastes and preferences from our selection of interiors and optional extras. Having built for over 20 years, we have amassed a rich knowledge of what our customers want.
We understand that buying a house can be a daunting prospect, so we pride ourselves on making it a friendly and easy process for our customers.
If you purchase early enough, we can give you the option of choosing kitchen units, flooring, bath tiles, showers, and many more, making your home unique and ensuring quality right through. Each site location is carefully selected with you the purchaser in mind.

We specialise solely on new build homes on green and brown field sites, but Martin and Louise also have lots of experience with renovations, having totally renovated their own home 32 years ago!
